User Data Deletion Instructions
SportyAIpicks is an initiative of Newchild Info. Technologies Ltd. We value your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over the data you share with us. In compliance with Meta (Facebook) Platform terms and other social sign-in policies, we provide this instructions page so you can easily request the removal of your personal information from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you have authorized SportyAIpicks to access your profile through Google, Facebook, X (Twitter), or any other login provider, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data by following these steps:
- Send an email to our support team at support@sportyaipicks.com.
- Specify the subject line as: "Request for User Data Deletion".
- Provide your full name and the verified email address associated with the social sign-in account you wish to delete.
- Once received, our database administrators will permanently delete your voter credentials, name, email records, and profile logs within 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Alternate: Revoke Facebook Permissions Directly
If you signed in using Facebook, you can also revoke our app's access to your data directly via your Facebook account settings:
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Scroll down and click on Apps and Websites in the left sidebar.
- Find SportyAIpicks and click the Remove button.
