Arsenal will take a brand new team photograph to include William Saliba, Mikel Arteta has confirmed. The decision to capture an updated team picture comes directly after the defender's surprise absence from the photograph published by the club earlier this week.
The situation came to light following the publication of the team photo during the week, when Saliba was unexpectedly missing from the line-up. The omission of the defender from the published picture was an unexpected development that quickly drew notice after the photograph was made public without him.
Addressing the matter, Mikel Arteta announced that Arsenal will organise another team photograph to resolve the issue. Arteta stated that the new photo will include Saliba, ensuring that the defender is officially pictured as part of the team following his surprise absence from the image released this week.
Moving forward, Arsenal will proceed with taking the new team photograph so that William Saliba is properly included. Arteta's confirmation that a fresh picture will be taken addresses the surprise created by the defender's initial omission from the photo published this week, providing a complete update to the squad portrait.
