Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson has reportedly nailed down personal terms with two separate clubs, intensifying speculation that his time at Stamford Bridge is drawing to a close.
The 25-year-old Senegal international is one of several Chelsea players the club are keen to move on before the summer transfer window shuts on Tuesday, September 1.
Jackson spent the previous campaign on loan at Bayern Munich, but found himself behind Harry Kane at the pecking order, limiting his chances in Germany.
Despite the lack of playing time abroad, Chelsea continue to value their striker at ยฃ65 million โ a figure that now appears very achievable.
According to journalist Fabrice Hawkins, Jackson has agreed personal terms with both Aston Villa and Atletico Madrid. Both clubs have now opened talks with Chelsea to take a deal across the line.
Aston Villa are understood to be favourites, with Unai Emery a vocal admirer after managing Jackson during his days at Villarreal.
